If you've played Telephone Oracle, this is that but with problems instead of questions.

If you haven't, imagine a game of pencil and paper Telephone or Exquisite Corpse with words instead of pictures.

Inspired by watching the internet chop complicated discussions up into tiny pieces that quickly get separated from each other in the crowd, and by change somehow happening in spite of it.
